We offer this service to those who are growing their assets only. By concentrating on a streamlined set of products and services that are suitable for those in the growth phase of their wealth management, we are able to offer a selection of our premium solutions at a lower entry point (£100,000 AUM).

The process is split into four interdependent phases. We are confident in our service and the value we add, therefore, unlike some of our best known competitors, there is never any obligation to proceed to the next stage and/or any exit charges.

Initial Contact & Discovery Meeting

Initial contact can be made in person, over the phone or via email.

We will have an informal discussion and where appropriate arrange a discovery meeting, to decide how best to proceed.

There is no obligation. This is at our cost.

Factfind & Recommendation(s)

Once a client agreement is signed, we will gather the information from you and your existing plans (where applicable).

We will formulate our recommendation(s) and provide you with a Suitability Report.

This report is chargeable.

Implementation

Our report may recommend solutions managed by Highclere Wealth.

Should you wish us to proceed, we put in place our recommendations for your and your family’s benefit.

The implementation is chargeable.

Ongoing Relationship

The ongoing service offers the greatest value to our clients, providing annual review meetings, ongoing oversight, and access to very competitive provider and investment terms.

This service is offered to clients with a minimum of £500,000 assets under management.

Clients of Growth and their families, have personal ongoing relationships with our advisers; receive fully qualified, insured and regulated advice; and have access to assets and platforms at market leading prices.

Growth is a tailored service, offered only to those in accumulation, this enables us to offer it at a very competitive rate whilst being specialist in the areas we advise on.​

We are also qualified mortgage advisers, and although we do not arrange them directly, we have strong links with brokers who do. To complete the financial picture we also have strong links with local accountants.

Our Approach to Fees

Transparent. Upfront. Fair Value.

Financial advisers are obliged by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to assess the fair value of their charges. We have always considered our charges against our cost base; the value we add; and our peer group, with the goal of representing excellent value.

Report Fee

We charge a standalone fee for formulating our advice and presenting our recommendations.

This enables our advice to be ‘non-contingent’. In short, this means we can be entirely impartial in our recommendation and still cover our costs. This is a preference of the FCA.

This fee is always disclosed in advance.

Implementation Fee

We may recommend solutions managed by Highclere Wealth on an ongoing basis.

When you ask us to proceed, there is an implementation fee to put these recommendations in place.

This fee can be paid for directly, or more commonly, through the investment product.

This fee is always detailed in the report.

Ongoing Fee

Where we manage assets for the client on an ongoing basis, we levy an annual fee.

We are confident this fee represents excellent value, indeed it is below our peer average.

This fee is invariably paid for through the investment plans.

This fee is always detailed in the report.
